See if this is you:
✅ relies on coffee for sustenance
✅ embraces positivity
✅ likes cats and/or octopuses (or know someone who does)
✅ will be in southern Mass. or northern Rhode Island on Dec. 7, 8, 14 or 15
Does that fit you?
Of course it does.

Here’s why it matters:
Because I got TWO art shows comin’ atcha on those dates, chock full of coffee / cat / cephalopod-themed, glass-half-full GOODNESS.
AND I’ve been bulking up my inventory with plenty of new stuff (Baby Yoda paintings, anyone?)

Some of my new favorites are the wood pieces. We’ve got hand-cut ornaments AND these super cool drawings on reclaimed wood from a salvage shop.

They’re cute and snuggly and a cool gift idea, if I do say so myself.
There’s plenty of other stuff too, of course. INCLUDING something else new I’m trying: coasters! They’re made of genuine cut-by-a-husband-with-a-tablesaw MDF, and homemade waterproof prints.
At the shows, they’ll be mix-and-match, I think, so you can get however many you want, in whatever style you want. OR maybe they’ll be presorted into sets of four? I haven’t decided yet. Thoughts?
Anyhowww that’s a sneak peek at some of the new things coming your way at TWO art shows starting this weekend! Hope to see you there!
➽ Dec. 7-8: Durfee Christmas Arts & Crafts Fair
WHEN: Saturday, Dec. 7, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. • Sunday, Dec. 8, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: BMC Durfee High School, 360 Elsbree St., Fall River, Mass.
WHAT: In its 43rd year (yes), the show will have 200 vendors (including me!) and is quite the Christmas tradition. I hear people come to visit from all over New England, so it should be pretty exciting!

➽ Dec. 5-15: Mad Dog Holiday Sale
WHEN: Thursday, Dec. 5 – Sunday, Dec. 15
WHERE: Mad Dog Artist Studios, 65 Blackstone Ave, Pawtucket, R.I.
WHAT: This cool studio show has 50 local artists, with everything from pottery to scarves to jewelry and, of course, certain cute cat art (*wink wink*). It’s also open for PLENTY of time for you to pay a visit! Me personally, I’ll be working the Opening Reception on Thursday (Dec. 5) from 5 to 8:30 p.m. if you wanna come say hi!
(and it’s already set up, so this is what it looks like) >>>
