Me: “What do I really want out of life?”
Husband: “Snacks.”
Well …
Okay fine, yes the man knows me too well.
But SOMETIMES there’s more. Like now:
Presently, what I want out of life is to get a few successful art shows under my belt to start the year.
Say, four. Four is a good number to start.
THE FIRST OF WHICH is THIS SUNDAY — juuuuust in time for Valentine’s Day!

Maybe I’ll see you there?
And in the meantime … if you can’t make it to the shows, there’s always cute Valentine’s Day gift ideas on Etsy 🙂
➽ Feb. 9 + March 22: Providence Flea
WHEN: Both on Sundays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: WaterFire Arts Center, 475 Valley St, Providence, R.I.
WHAT: The Providence Flea is INDOORS this winter and its first show, “The Love You Give Market,” is >>> the Sunday before Valentine’s Day <<< *wink wink* There’s over 80 vendors there, and it looks like a bunch of fun!
NOTE: The Flea has SIX dates listed under the Facebook event, but I’ll be there for TWO: Feb. 9 and March 22

➽ April 5: Vested Interest in K9s 8th Annual Craft Fair
WHEN: Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Taunton National Guard Armory, 111 Hon Gordon M Owen Riverway, Taunton, Mass.
WHAT: This awesome fair is chock-full of vendors, AND supports the Taunton-based Vested Interest in K9s, which aims to provide bulletproof vests to dogs in law enforcement around the country. (This cause is particularly personal because my sister-in-law is a K9 officer.)

➽ April 18: West Warwick Craft Fair
WHEN: Saturday, April 18, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
WHERE: West Warwick Civic Center, 100 Factory St., West Warwick, R.I.
WHAT: With over 130 vendors, this one sounds huge and fun! It’ll be my first time there, I can’t wait to see how it goes.

Thanks for reading! I post a new blog every Monday — art ones every other week, and stepmomming ones on the weeks between.
