Do you believe the lies you tell yourself?

The words you say to yourself matter.

The things you repeat.

The times YOU SAY you can’t do this.

The times YOU SAY you wish you could give up.

The times YOU SAY you weren’t cut out for

[insert responsibility here].

It matters.
Because you start to believe it.

So tell yourself you’re bound to fail —

And of course you will be.

Tell yourself this is too hard —

So of course it feels that way.

Tell yourself you’re not good enough —

And you’ll always feel like you’re falling short.

Tell yourself YOU CAN instead.

The words you say to yourself matter.

Because you’ll start to believe them.
