You ever see something and say — "I wish I could do that"? I've thought that SO MANY TIMES, from boxing to being in art shows. My beloved coffee mug has an ENTIRE SIDE that’s just BEGGING for stickerification 😊 Double-tap if you love putting stickers on your stuff as much as I do! . This is also a sneaky way of testing out how long my stickers hold up under pretty regular use 😇 . Honestly, this one died the first time I handwashed it 😫 So I went back to the drawing board — and found that better paper (Zicoto glossy) AND multiple coats with a UV sealant holds up MUCH better. We are a family of huggers. 🤗🤗🤗 That being the case, it might seem weird to admit that, until recently, hugging the kids has been ... kind of awkward for me. 🤔 Quick “hello” or “goodbye” hugs? No problem. But … 🌀Snuggles while watching TV? 🌀Tackle-hugs at bedtime? 🌀Squeeshes just because? . I'm guessing regular parents don't have qualms about hugs. (I know my mama doesn’t, and her baby is 31 haha) . But as a stepparent, it's different. . Now my stepson just turned 13.
