1. Does your pet(s) have a favorite toy / prop you'd like to include?
2. Describe your pet's personality in one word!
3. What 1 or 2 colors would you like the background to be?

3) ALSO email: 1-4 photos of your pet(s) you'd like painted!

3) I'll send a pencil sketch image, and will accept one revision at that time

4) I'll do the painting within 3-4 weeks and mail it to you!
